The Elite Relaxed Cargo Pants retain the functional pocket layout you know from our PRO Cargo, including the same storage configuration and dyed-to-match zipper detailing, while introducing a completely different fit through the lower leg.

Instead of tapering from the knee toward the ankle, the Elite Relaxed Cargo falls straighter with a wider cuff for an easier, looser silhouette. It is relaxed without becoming wide-leg or flared.

Updated Scrub Rx branding and reflective details distinguish the Elite construction, while our more flexible performance fabric gives noticeably more stretch and freedom of movement.

Elite Performance Fabric

Engineered with more stretch and give than our PRO fabric while maintaining the clean drape Scrub Rx is known for. The result is a flexible, structured fabric that moves easily through long shifts without looking overly soft or slouchy. Reinforced internal seam work gives the garment a robust, substantial finish while retaining its easy-care, little-to-no-iron performance.

Elite Unified Sizing

Elite uses one consolidated 3XS–3XL size run in place of our previous separate Women's and Men's size labels. This is not a new “unisex” sizing system. If you've worn Scrub Rx before, use the guide below simply to find the Elite equivalent of your previous size.

New to Scrub Rx? Use the Elite Size Chart for garment measurements and fit guidance rather than the legacy size equivalents above.

Wash: Machine wash in cold water with like colors to preserve fabric and color quality.
Detergent: Use mild detergent; avoid harsh chemicals or bleach to maintain fabric integrity.
Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to prevent shrinkage and extend garment life.
Ironing: If needed, iron on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on logos or embellishments.
Stains: Pre-treat stains promptly with a gentle stain remover for best results.
Dry Cleaning: Not recommended, as it may affect fabric performance.
Storage: Store folded or on a hanger in a cool, dry place to maintain shape.
