Chest

Measure around the widest part of your chest, just below the armpit and over the shoulder blades

Waist

Measure the slimmest part of the waistline above your navel and below your ribcage.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of the butt area. Place the tape measure on the most convex part of the hips with your thumbs inserted.
