RETURNS AND REFUNDs

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 14 days after receiving item to request an exchange. Items on final sale are not eligible for returns and exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, brand new, unlaundered, with tags in its original packaging

Items for exchange is subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please click https://scrubrxapparel.myshopify.com/apps/request-exchange and follow this guide:

First enter your order number and email. On the next page, select which item/s in your order you wish to exchange, then select reason from the dropdown menu. [IMPORTANT] You must attach image of item/s complete with tags. Then in Return Solution, select either store credit or replace item to a different size. Next you will be shown where to ship back returns, you will need to attach a waybill or proof of return. Once received, it will be subject inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that do not meet the standards above. Once approved, you will receive an invoice for shipping. All shipping to and from our warehouse will be shouldered by customer.

Exchange to a different color or style

To request an exchange to a different color or style, please follow the same Return Portal above and choose Store Credit as a return solution. You may use this for your next purchase. Getting your desired variety is not guaranteed. To ensure this, please message us so we can check stock availability. 

Refunds

We do not offer refund on items that are not damaged as well as items on final sale. For damaged items, we gladly offer an exchange or store credit for the same amount.
